Hodag Country Fest: What You Need to Know

Country music fans are in for a treat in July, as the annual Hodag Country Fest returns to Rhinelander for four days of live music, fun and Northwoods beauty. Whether you’re a festival pro or a first-timer, here’s (almost) everything you need to know about this year’s festival.

How much are tickets?

Single-day tickets for Hodag Country Fest are $75, two-day tickets are $140 and nine-day tickets are $140 ($150 at the gate). For kids, daily tickets are $30 and nine-day tickets are $70.

Where can I get tickets?

Hodag Country Fest attendees can purchase tickets several different ways (in addition to day-of sales at the gate).

Single-day tickets and nine-day advance tickets can be purchased online. For residents of northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula, tickets are also available at numerous ticket outlets throughout the area.

Where can I find information about the festival and the grounds?

The Hodag Country Festival grounds are located at 4270 River Road, a 10-minute drive from downtown Rhinelander. See a map of the festival grounds here.

Hodag Country Fest takes place in a natural outdoor amphitheater and is held rain or shine.

A few rules:

  • Carry-ins are allowed (no glass), but coolers must fit under chairs in the entertainment area
  • Chaise lounge chairs are not allowed in the seating area
  • No squirt guns allowed
  • Drones and selfie sticks are not allowed
