Hodag Water Shows

Hodag Water Shows (HWS) was organized and held its first show at Hodag Park on the shores of Boom Lake in 1971. Since 1971 HWS has been entertaining visitors at free shows featuring some of the area’s top water skiers. Sundays at 7:00 pm from mid-June until late August, HWS performs a show that features acts such as ballet, jump, swivel skiing, trick skiing, barefooting, doubles, trios, wakeboarding, and pyramid.
Members range in age from 6 to almost 50 and some of the members have been with the team for more than 30 years. Concessions such as hot dogs, walking tacos, nachos, cotton candy, chips, beverages and many other snacks are available at each show.
